GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE ABSTARCTS

1.All abstracts should be in English. Use appropriate words and correct grammar.

2.Size: Should have a maximum of 300 words typed in the box space provided.

3.Format of the abstract.

The abstract should contain the following information in the given order

Title box: In the title box provide the following information
i.Title: The title should be concise and clear not exceeding fifteen words
ii.Authors’ names: Provide authors full names
iii.Institutions: Provide authors’ institutions and addresses. In case of multiple institutions identify them by numbers

Text box: In the text box type the following information
i.Background: Type the background of the topic under investigation
ii.Aim: give the aim of the study
iii.Methods: Describe briefly the methods used
iv.Results: provide a summary of important findings
v.Conclusion: Give a conclusion in relation to the findings.

Sub-theme and category area: state the sub-theme and category area related to your abstract

4. Abstract submission deadline: 30th May 2009.
